Lobby and common areas have a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere, some rooms need maintenance and updating, noisy air conditioning, limited TV channels.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect for my needs. It was in a really lovely and quiet area, but still close to everything. Plus, there were department stores and shopping centres nearby which was really handy. The service was top-notch and the room amenities were some of the best I've seen. I especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as I'm a light sleeper. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved being able to use the leisure facilities, such as the bar and restaurant. The buffet breakfast was a particular highlight!

Highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the upscale Salamanca district, away from the crowded touristy areas. The location was fantastic, with easy access to any metro station. The rooms were nice and the bathrooms well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, the hotel offered great facilities like free WiFi and a gym. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

One negative aspect was the shower screen, which caused water to splash all over the bathroom floor.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of the shopping centers and some amazing restaurants in the Salamanca district. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. We really appreciated the convenience of having parking available and the fact that we didn't have to rely on taxis to get around. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. Last but not least, the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

Great location near US Embassy, shops, and restaurants. Modern, clean room with excellent shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Enjoyed the free city bikes.

Excellent location, great for museums and shopping. Helpful and professional staff, especially Olga, Juan, and Yago. Chic hotel with well-stocked minibar and hydro massage shower. Comfortable bed and Netflix-enabled TV. Free bike rental for exploring Madrid.
